The only Lake Aoki view in Hakuba
Hakuba Sanosaka is the only place where you can ski while looking down on Lake Aoki, one of the clearest lakes in Japan. On the Lake Down course, the run seems to flow right into the lake.

Sanosaka Powder
Hakuba Sanosaka is 100% natural snow! You can feel the soft snow with every turn. The steep New Paradise course and powder are a perfect match, and the best part is that you won't have to fight for fresh tracks!
From the 26-27 season, we open at 7:00 on weekends, national holidays and selected days. Enjoy first-thing powder.

Sheltered from strong winds
Thanks to its terrain and location, the slopes are rarely hit by strong winds. Even when lifts at nearby resorts stop because of wind, Sanosaka is often still running!
